Bravo! Recognition Program

Recognize the people who make a difference.

Great teams are built through everyday actions: lending a hand, bringing people together, finding a better way forward, supporting a colleague, or going above and beyond.

The Bravo! Recognition Program gives everyone at Women in Payments the opportunity to recognize colleagues for the contributions and behaviours that make our organization stronger.

By celebrating one another, Bravo! helps us build a culture of appreciation and bring our mission to life: to connect, inspire, and champion women.

Who Will You Recognize?

Each quarter, employees can nominate colleagues for one of three Bravo! Awards.

The Connector

Brings people together.

The Connector fosters collaboration, trust, and inclusion across teams and regions. This award recognizes someone who strengthens relationships and helps create a supportive, connected community where everyone can thrive.

You might recognize someone who:

    · Encourages collaboration and open communication
    · Builds strong relationships across teams and regions
    · Creates an inclusive and supportive environment
    · Strengthens our connected global community

The Trailblazer

Turns ideas into action.

The Trailblazer inspires others through innovation, initiative, and exceptional performance. This award recognizes someone who leads with integrity, tackles challenges, drives results, and motivates others to achieve more.

You might recognize someone who:

    · Delivers exceptional results
    · Takes initiative and finds solutions
    · Leads with integrity and accountability
    · Inspires others through innovation and action

The Champion

Helps others succeed.

The Champion empowers and elevates others by fostering inclusion, advocating for equity, and creating opportunities for growth. This award recognizes someone who actively supports others while advancing the Women in Payments mission.

You might recognize someone who:

    · Mentors and supports others
    · Champions equity and inclusion
    · Recognizes and elevates the contributions of others
    · Leads with empathy, respect, and integrity

How to Nominate?

Think about a colleague who has made a meaningful contribution this quarter. Tell us what they did, how they demonstrated our values, and the difference their actions made.

Your nomination should include:

   · Your name
   · Your nominee's name
   · Bravo! Award category
   · Description of the achievement
   · Company value(s) demonstrated: Empowerment, Trust, Connectivity and Inclusion
   · Impact on the team, organization, or our members

Nomination length: 100–150 words.

Be specific. A strong nomination doesn't simply tell us that someone is great at what they do. It gives an example of what they did and why it mattered.

Nomination Guidelines

To ensure the Bravo! Program is fair, consistent, and provides opportunities to recognize colleagues across the organization:

    · Each employee may submit up to three nominations per quarter.
    · You may nominate the same colleague only once per quarter.
    · Each award category will recognize a different employee each quarter.
    · An employee may receive only one Bravo Award per calendar year.
    · Self-nominations are not permitted.
    · Members of the Leadership Team are not eligible to submit or receive nominations, as they serve as the judging panel for the Bravo! Awards.

Celebrating Our Bravo! Winners

At the end of each nomination cycle, submissions will be reviewed by the Leadership Team and one recipient will be selected for each Bravo! Award category.

Winners will be celebrated with the entire Women in Payments team.
