Before founding Women in Payments, Kristy was a leading payments consultant to global financial institutions, payment networks, fintechs, and other industry leaders. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at a tier one Canadian bank.

Leeanne is the Head of Simplification at Westpac Institutional Bank based in Australia. In her current role, she is responsible for leading Payments transformation agenda, supporting our customers to go digital and review legacy payment products for simplification or exit. In addition to this, Leeanne is responsible for the strategic pricing and billing functions. Leeanne has over 18 years of experience in banking across Australia and New Zealand, having worked in Consumer, Business and Institutional segments. She has held Leadership roles across the Transactional Banking value chain, in product, pricing, client onboarding, implementation, servicing, fulfilment, pursuit management, transformation, business improvement and business, technology and payments project execution. Leeanne has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of New South Wales (Australian Graduate School of Management).

Danielle Johnson is the Managing Director for High Value and International Payments and Commercial Cards within Westpac’s Global Transaction Services business. Based in Australia, she is responsible for leading the bank’s International Payments function as well as setting and delivering the strategy for Commercial Cards. Danielle also oversees the modernisation program focused on implementing ISO 20022 messaging standards for High Value and International Payments. With more than 20 years of experience in banking and payments across Australia and Asia, Danielle has held senior leadership roles in major global financial institutions. Prior to joining Westpac, she led the APAC Regional Transactional FX team at J.P. Morgan and served as the Asia Regional Payments Product Manager at Citibank, based in Singapore. Danielle is passionate about advancing the next generation of payment capabilities and the opportunities they create for consumers and businesses.

Martine Robins is the Executive Director for Product, Pricing and Go to Market within the Merchant Payments portfolio in Westpac’s Global Transaction Services business. Based in Sydney, she is responsible for leading the bank’s Merchant Payments product and pricing functions. Martine also oversees the Go to Market strategy for all Global Transactions Services payments products across the SME, Commercial and Institutional customer segments. Martine brings broad experience, built over more than 20 years at major Australian domestic banks. She has held leadership roles across product, sales, pricing, project management, customer experience and process improvement within the payments domain. Martine is passionate about the critical function payments plays in supporting Australian businesses and enjoys the challenge of innovating in a rapidly changing and complex ecosystem.
