To honour International Women’s Day, Women in Payments is hosting a special POM Café featuring the four coaches from the Leadership Collective. This dynamic panel will explore the real—and often unspoken—barriers women face in advancing to leadership roles today. Beyond the outdated concept of the “glass ceiling,” this conversation will uncover the invisible ceilings created by expectations, bias, self-doubt, and the unspoken rules of leadership.

This panel brings together four world-class coaches, each offering a distinct lens on confidence, influence, self-advocacy, communication, and sustainable leadership. Attendees will receive practical insights they can apply immediately in their careers and organizations.

The event will conclude with a brief introduction to the Leadership Collective Cohort 2, highlighting how the program supports women in developing clarity, confidence, and advanced leadership capability.
