With 18 years in the financial services industry, she drives business growth and customer value through strategic partnerships and market expansion. Her role encompasses strategic partnerships, market growth and engagement, with a focus on fostering connections that strengthen the Women in Payments community worldwide. A results-driven leader, Natalie has been instrumental in producing international symposia and advancing Women in Payments’ presence across seven markets. She is recognised for her ability to inspire teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deepen engagement with leaders globally.
Fiona Chou
Portfolio Manager, Infrastructure Investments, Asia Pacific at APG Asset Management
Fiona Chou is a seasoned investment professional with over a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions. She began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, specializing in M&A advisory. She later transferred to healthcare investing at SIN Capital, a Pan-Asia private equity platform. Currently, Fiona serves as a Portfolio Manager at APG, where she specializes on private infrastructure investments across APAC. Fiona holds an undergraduate degree in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and recently completed her Juris Doctor degree there part-time, graduating on the Dean’s List. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two boys and passionate about women empowerment in the financial industry.
Cherry Li
Senior Director, APAC Head of Liquidity and Margin Services at BNY
Cherry is the APAC Head for Liquidity and Margin Services at BNY Markets. Liquidity & Margin Services provide clients with cash & collateral management solutions. She joined BNY in 2009 to support the Liquidity Services business in Asia. Since joining BNY in 2009 to support the growth of its liquidity services business in Asia, she has played a pivotal role in expanding the franchise and enhancing client offerings. Prior to her tenure at BNY, Cherry held positions at Lehman Brothers Asset Management, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and Citibank. She holds an MSc in Financial Management from SOAS University of London and a BA in Economics from Queen Mary University of London.
Antonette Chiu
Vice President, Relationship and Business Development Manager for Treasury Services Hong Kong at BNY
Antonette is responsible for leading the commercialization and sales strategy for both bank and non-bank financial institution clients across the Hong Kong and Macau markets. With close to eight years of experience in Financial Institutions Relationship Management and Transaction Banking, Antonette has held progressive roles in Relationship Management, Business Development, and Product Management. Her career includes prior tenures at Nanyang Commercial Bank and MUFG, where she contributed to key initiatives and delivered strategic solutions for clients.
Callista Fernandez

Callista has more than 15 years of experience in the FMCG industry working across a myriad of commercial roles such as brand building, customer marketing, innovation and brand development. She has worked in some of the world’s leading companies such as Colgate, Unilever, Heineken and Mondelez. She’s now the APAC Marketing Director leading the Core Toothpaste and Masterbrand Equity brand development for the region in Colgate-Palmolive.
Joseph Yu

Joseph serves as Head of Treasury Services for BNY Hong Kong and Macau, where he structures bespoke cash management and trade finance offerings for banking and non bank financial institution clients. His remit spans direct USD and multi-currency clearing, domestic and cross-border receivables and payment solutions, and strategic liquidity management initiatives designed to optimize cash efficiency. A trusted partner to clients, Joseph delivers tailored, end-to-end solutions that mitigate risk, drive operational excellence, and maximise commercial outcome. In his dual role as Alternative Chief Executive of BNY Hong Kong branch, Joseph partners with the Chief Executive to drive the branch’s strategic, operational and client-facing agenda. He directs risk management and regulatory compliance, liaising closely with Hong Kong regulators, the APAC regional office and global control functions.
