As a mentor in the Women in Payments Global Mentorship Program, you'll help shape the next generation of payments leaders while gaining fresh perspectives, strengthening your leadership skills, and raising your profile within the community.

MENTOR PROGRAM OPTIONS
When you register to become a mentor, you can choose from one of three mentoring options. While we do our best to accommodate participants’ preferred mentorship option, availability may be limited. We ask participants to rank their mentorship preferences in the submission form, and we will match them with their second or third choice if their first preference is unavailable.
Group Mentorship:
Lead a group mentorship experience by mentoring up to five mentees at once. Share your knowledge and expertise with a small group, encouraging diverse perspectives, shared learning, and collective problem-solving. Provide expert advice and support in a collaborative group setting.
One-on-One Mentorship:
Become a one-on-one mentor to provide personalized guidance and support to a single mentee. Share your expertise and insights to help them navigate their unique challenges and achieve their goals, fostering a deep and impactful mentoring relationship.
Peer-to-Peer Mentorship:
Collaborate with a fellow mentee in a mutually beneficial partnership. Share experiences, exchange knowledge, and grow together through regular discussions and support, fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
Pricing ($USD): In addition to the below pricing, we offer the purchase of a Women in Payments membership at a discounted price for participants of the program.

Mentor Eligibility:
- Currently a professional in the payments industry
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry
- Must have a minimum of five years of experience managing teams and/or leading people
- Must be available and committed to meeting your mentee, virtually, a minimum of six times over the year or once bi-monthly over the year
