MENTEE PROGRAM OPTIONS
When you register as a mentee, you can choose from one of three mentoring options. While we do our best to accommodate participants’ preferred mentorship option, availability may be limited. We ask participants to rank their mentorship preferences in the submission form, and we will match them with their second or third choice if their first preference is unavailable.
Group Mentorship:
Engage in a collaborative mentorship experience with up to five mentees guided by a seasoned mentor. Benefit from diverse perspectives, shared learning, and collective problem-solving while receiving expert advice and support in a small group setting.
One-on-One Mentorship:
Receive personalized mentorship tailored to your unique goals and challenges. Work closely with an experienced mentor who provides individualized guidance, support, and advice to help you achieve your full potential.
Peer-to-Peer Mentorship:
Collaborate with a fellow mentee in a mutually beneficial partnership. Share experiences, exchange knowledge, and grow together through regular discussions and support, fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
Pricing ($USD): All mentorship options listed above are priced at $395. However, we do offer the purchase of a Women in Payments membership at a discounted price for participants of this program at a total price of $595 (saving of $200).
Mentee Eligibility:
- Currently a professional in the payments industry
- Must have between three years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in the industry
- Must be available and committed to meeting your mentor, virtually, a minimum of six times over the year or once bi-monthly over the year
